Which you should also be able to see each time they take new measurements of your body. Don’t worry if at first you don’t see any huge change though, it takes a bit of time.

Make sure that the person you think of getting is one you get along with. Yes their personality will matter greatly in whether you will be motivated by them. It’s a bit hard to push yourself for a person you’d love to punch. While a person who is nice and you like, you may go to many limits to please.

Make sure when you first meet with a personal trainer that they take your measurements, they will keep track of your advances this way. But they should also get a full health history from you and anything you may have medical problems with. That information will assist them in setting your fitness level and making the right program up for you. A program should include your cardio workout and any weights they want you to lift, and a nutrition program too.
