How to boost your health condition fast and easy

Spend more time off

Laugh out loud

Most people guess that laughing is supposed to be good for them. But how exactly can laugh improve our health? Believe it or not, laugh could protect you from a heart attack: laughing lessens a stress hormone that has been linked to heart disease, lowers your blood pressure by expanding your blood vessels.
