All human beings want to remain young and gorgeous forever, but youth doesn’t come in a jar … no matter how expensive the antiaging skin care product. Skin care companies certainly can’t sell us a fresh and youthful face because aging – or youthing – occurs inside the skin, not outside of it. Here are functional ways to keep that young face as long as possible.

Never buy cosmetics and anti aging skin care,anti aging skin care products made with harsh chemicals. Most commercial beauty aids and cosmetics contain dreadful chemicals that expose you to a number of health risks, which can actually cause you to age more rapidly.

Even though health experts warm against them, many of the anti aging products,anti aging products are made with chemical monstrosities known as parabens. Parabens are extremely toxic, have been implicated in cancer growth and they disrupt hormones, cause allergies and skin rashes. It has even been speculated that these monstrosities might play a role in falling sperm counts and rising breast cancer rates. Since it’s both cheap and easy to make your own personal skin care products, why would anyone choose to put chemicals on their face?

Without exercise it’s almost impossible to hold on to the youthful flow that we all crave Yes, sometimes it’s hard to force ourselves out the door or into the exercise room, but doing so will pay huge dividends in health, beauty and antiaging skin care So get your body moving in order to take years off of your appearance. Increased circulation is a result of reasonable exercise and increased circulation can only result in glow, glow and more glow.

When the hard-working liver is overwhelmed with chemicals and foreign substances, the skin has to take up the slack and poisons are literally expelled through the skin. Yuck.

Manufacturers of anti aging products make a big deal of the presence of ‘retinol’ in their jars. Actually, all retinol is a a ‘chemicalized’ version of the vitamin A that has existed for thousands of years and is found in nature as beta carotene. Eating orange fruits and veggies, like oranges, cantaloupes and carrots will bring us natural vitamin A in much more potent form than anything we humans can manufacture.

Antioxidants are also added to skin care products and green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, greens and dark lettuces are loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants supplied from the inside will always be more life-giving than those from the outside of the skin.

To truly understand the power of fresh fruits and vegetables, we need to pay attention to a study from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. By testing volunteers with an extract from the broccoli plant, it was discovered that skin cancer could be prevented! This same protection came from other members of that vegetable family, like brussel sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower because these veggies contain “glucosinolates”. The main cause of skin cancers is ultra-violet light and these natural glucosinolates become a natural chemical which protects the human skin against this carcinogenic light source. Nature has generously provided us with the power to have beautiful skin at any age, if we choose to avail ourselves of this lush bounty.

Limit or eliminate the contaminants, chemicals and toxins in your environment. We are surrounded by, swimming in, a sea of non-natural substances. Every human on the planet, except in the most remote areas, is surrounded by a huge number of substances that are totally alien from nature and our human heritage. * In the name of ‘health’, most city water supplies are loaded with chlorine, fluorine and other chemicals, making a water filter an important purchase. And don’t forget your water supply when working to improve your health … the adult body is about 70% water and if that water if polluted and chemicalized it cannot possibly be a good thing.

Antiaging skin care calls for a willingness to do our part, while leaving the rest to Mother Nature … and that’s exactly the way it should be.
